ResumeRescue.io provides AI-powered resume analysis, career support materials, cover letter generation, recruiter outreach templates, and related professional services. Services are delivered digitally and subject to the package purchased.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are processed through our secure payment provider. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Once payment is confirmed, orders are non-refundable except as required by law.
5. Intellectual Property and Ownership
You retain 100% ownership and copyright of the resumes and materials you upload. ResumeRescue.io retains rights to the AI-generated outputs we create. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your personal job search purposes.
6. Content Usage and Privacy
By uploading content to our platform, you grant ResumeRescue.io a limited license to process, analyze, and generate deliverables based on your materials. We retain no rights or ownership of your work. We do not share your documents with anyone else; they remain private. We will not sell or publicly disclose your resumes or materials without your consent.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, or infringes on third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt our services
- Use our services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- Resell or redistribute our services without written permission
8. AI Service Limitations
Our services utilize third-party AI providers that have content policies and restrictions. While we will scan your documents and attempt to sanitize content if necessary, we cannot guarantee that your content will be accepted or successfully processed by our AI service providers.
9. Limitation of Liability
ResumeRescue.io is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to ResumeRescue.io at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
